To avoid long lines for on-site registration, we set a few locations in Corning Incorporated for pre-registration. Please write a check payable to “Corning Chinese Association” and give it to the following people according to the fee specified above.

We will also cast voting for CCA 2012 Vice-Chairperson (CCA Chairperson-Successor in 2013 & 2014). Candidate information can be found in the previous email. The following rules apply for voting:
(1) You will receive your voting tickets on-site from our registration team before entering into the Celebration Venue in Horseheads High School.
(2) Only registered CCA adult members (18 years or older) are qualified to vote. Each family can obtain a maximum of 2 voting tickets on site. Each adult member can vote only once.
(3) Please circle the name of the person that you support from the ticket, fold it, and put it into a designated voting box. We will have special volunteers to take care of the voting box.
(4) Voting results will be counted, and the winner will be announced on-site during the celebration with a simple majority vote.
